This policy explains what personal information Labbaik eSIM collects, why, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Labbaik eSIM is a trading name of Spark & Soul Ltd, which is the data controller for the information described here.

2. What we collect

• Your email address, so we can send you your eSIM and contact you about your order.
• Your name and billing country, where Stripe collects them as part of taking payment.
• Order details — which plan you bought, how many, and when.
• Technical information such as your IP address and browser, created automatically when you visit the site.
• eSIM identifiers needed to issue and support your plan, and to tell whether a profile has been installed when you ask for a refund.

We never see or store your card details. Card information goes directly to Stripe, our payment processor, and does not pass through our systems.

3. Why we are allowed to use it

• To perform our contract with you — issuing your eSIM, delivering it, and supporting it.
• To meet legal obligations — for example keeping records for tax and accounting.
• For our legitimate interests — keeping the site secure, preventing fraud, and understanding how the site is used so we can improve it. We only rely on this where it does not override your rights.
• With your consent, where consent is required, such as any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with suppliers who help us run the service:

• Stripe — takes payment and handles card data.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Our eSIM supplier — the wholesale partner who issues your eSIM profile and provides the network connection.

Some of these suppliers are based outside the UK. Where information is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, including for checkout. Where we or our partners use cookies that are not strictly necessary — for example to credit a referral or to measure how the site is used — we will ask for your consent first.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, which is the period UK tax law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security. We delete or anonymise information once we no longer need it.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the information we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it, where we no longer need it;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• transfer it to another provider.

To exercise any of these, email support@labbaikesim.com. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change — for example once our eSIM supplier is confirmed. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
