Terms of Sale

Last updated: 13 August 2026

These terms apply when you buy a prepaid eSIM data plan from Labbaik eSIM. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who you are buying from

Labbaik eSIM is a trading name of Spark & Soul Ltd. Your contract is with Spark & Soul Ltd.

You can contact us at support@labbaikesim.com.

2. What we sell

We sell prepaid mobile data for use in Saudi Arabia, delivered as an eSIM — a SIM card you install digitally, without a physical card. We are a reseller: the mobile network itself is provided by our wholesale partner and the local Saudi networks they use.

Our plans are data only. They do not include a phone number, calls or text messages. You can still use apps that make calls or send messages over the internet, such as WhatsApp.

3. Your phone has to be compatible — please check first

An eSIM only works on a phone that supports eSIM and is not locked to a particular network. Checking this is your responsibility before you buy. We cannot check it for you, because a website cannot detect what your phone supports.

Two things have to be true:

If you buy a plan and then find your phone cannot use it, please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy — we will refund an eSIM you have not installed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total you pay. Spark & Soul Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to your order.

Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. If your bank charges you a fee for an international or currency-conversion payment, that fee is between you and your bank.

We take payment at the point of order. Your order is accepted when we send you your eSIM, not when you pay — if we cannot supply your plan for any reason, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver by email, to the address you give at checkout, as a QR code with written installation instructions. Nothing is posted to you.

Please install your eSIM while you still have wifi or a working internet connection — normally before you travel. You cannot install it once you have landed with no connection.

An eSIM can normally only be installed once. If you delete the eSIM from your phone, or reset your phone, you may not be able to install it again. If you are buying for several people, buy one eSIM per person and give each person their own QR code.

If your eSIM has not arrived, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@labbaikesim.com.

6. When your plan starts and how long it lasts

Your plan’s validity period begins when your eSIM first connects to a mobile network in Saudi Arabia — not when you buy it, and not when you install it. This is so you can install it at home in advance without using up your days.

The validity period is shown against each plan when you buy, for example “30 days”. When it ends, the plan stops and any remaining data is lost. Data does not roll over and plans do not renew automatically — you will never be charged again unless you place a new order.

7. Unlimited plans and fair use

Our unlimited plans give you a set amount of data each day at full speed — 1GB, 2GB or 3GB depending on the plan you choose. Once you have used that day’s full-speed allowance, your connection continues at a reduced speed of around 1Mbps for the rest of that day. You are not cut off, and you are not charged extra. Your full speed returns the next day.

A reduced speed of around 1Mbps is enough for messaging, email, maps and most browsing, but not for high-quality video streaming. We describe these plans as unlimited because you always keep a working connection, not because every megabyte is at full speed.

8. Coverage and service quality

Mobile coverage depends on the local Saudi networks, your location and your phone. Coverage can be poor or unavailable in some places, and networks in and around Makkah and Madinah can be congested during Hajj and Umrah when very large numbers of people are in one place. This is normal and is outside our control.

We cannot promise a particular speed or uninterrupted service. What we do promise is that if your eSIM does not work at all, we will put it right — see section 10.

9. Your right to cancel

Because an eSIM is digital content delivered immediately, there are specific rules about cancelling. These are set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

In short: you normally have 14 days to change your mind about digital content. When you ask for immediate delivery and agree at checkout that you lose that right, you give up the 14-day right at the point we send your eSIM. Until you install it, we will still refund you.

10. If something goes wrong

If your eSIM is faulty, does not install, or does not provide the data you paid for, contact us at support@labbaikesim.com and we will try to fix it. If we cannot, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects those legal rights.

11. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.

Except where the law does not allow us to limit it, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We supply our plans for personal use. If you use them for a business, we are not responsible for lost profit, lost business or lost opportunity.

12. Your information

We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example if our plans or suppliers change. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on this page when you placed it.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own country’s courts.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled a complaint, please tell us first at support@labbaikesim.com so we have a chance to put it right.
